This brand-new apartment on the 5th floor of a XIX century building is located in the "Born," which is considered one of the trendiest neighbourhoods in Barcelona. The restoration of the building was finalized in July 2002 and includes the installation of an elevator that leads directly into the air-conditioned apartment with its beautiful original wooden beams. Two balconies with colourful flowers facing pedestrian streets fill the apartment with warm Mediterranean light.

The apartment offers the exclusive use of a large terrace on the roof of the building with a fantastic view of the city, including the Cathedral of Barcelona, the church of "Santa Maria del Mar" and the Tibidabo. The apartment is excellently located in a quiet part of the "Born", next to the "Convent de San Agustí", the Chocolate Museum, and a stone's throw away from the Picasso Museum and the famous "Parc de la Ciutadella". The apartment is divided into two spacious rooms. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a bathroom with a double shower. The living room, with a sofa bed, leads into an open kitchen with all amenities.

Location:
The apartment is located next to the Espai Brossa, on Calle Allada Vermell, an area that is an example of the city's cultural modernisation, specifically in the La Ribera neighbourhood. The space was inaugurated in December 1997 and has since fostered creative projects with an alternative spirit and staged pieces that are very different from those offered by more traditional venues. It is a small space, seating about 60 people, and is named after Joan Brossa, one of the most notable Catalonian authors of the mid-20th century. To get an idea of Brossa's work, visitors should head to the Cathedral Square where the visual poem Barcino, one of the author's signature pieces, rises up from the ground.

Payment Policy:An initial non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. An additional non-refundable booking charge of 10% of the total charges is required by the owner to finalize the booking. This is to be made directly to the owner by credit card. The outstanding balance is due on arrival in CASH.

Additional cost for late arrivals: after 18:00 - 20 Euro; after 22:00 - 35 Euro; after 01:00 - 50 Euro
