Ramblas View Apartment is an exclusive new apartment located in Ciutat Vella, the oldest part of the town known as Gothic Quarter with a capacity for up to 8 people.

Ramblas View Apartment offers the following set up:

• 4 Double bedrooms (two twins, two double), each one with its own balcony
• 2 Complete bathrooms
• Fully equipped kitchen

Ramblas View Apartment has central heating, wooden floor, hair-dryer, towels and bed linen. There is a spacious living-room with TV and sound system, which has three balconies where you can enjoy the Ramblas view.

Location:

Ramblas View Apartment is located in Ciutat Vella, which is the oldest part of the town. Going down towards the sea, along the Ramblas, you can enjoy the typical living statues, the flower stores o the street painters. In the very famous Gothic Quarter, right in the heart of Ciutat Vella, you will find many shops and will be able to admire the Cathedral of Barcelona, as well as famous squares such as Plaça Real, Plaça Sant Jaume, where you will find the city council or Plaça Catalunya. Also you can visit the Opera Theatre El Liceu. The picturesque and mainly pedestrian streets are surrounded by small shops and famous traditional tapas bars. The apartment is located just three blocks away from the old docks, which are now the site of a great entertainment mall, the 'Maremagnum' and the yacht and pleasure boat port.

PAYMENT POLICY:

• An initial non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking.
• A Eur 200.00 deposit in cash is required by the owner at check-in and will be returned at your check out time, if no damage has been done in the flat.
• An additional non-refundable booking charge of 20% of the balance due is required by the owner to finalize the booking. This is to be made directly to the owner via bank transfer or credit card. The remaining balance may be paid in CASH on arrival. No credit cards accepted for balance on arrival.

At your arrival to the apartment you should pay the owner of the apartment the remaining balance, cleaning fee and security deposit, all in cash, if this is not made, you will not be able to enter to the apartment.

Rate does NOT include:

• Cleaning fee of €40,00 applies to each reservation.
  
• Parking is not included in the price and costs €25,00 per day.
• Baby cots are available upon request and free of charge.
