Nou de la Rambla Apartment is situated in the city centre, on Las Ramblas (ciutat Vella).

Capacity for up to 5 people

The apartment has 2 double rooms equipped with:

This apartment is also provided with Heating System and Air Conditioner. Its located on a fourth floor without an elevator/lift.

Location:

The Ramblas is Barcelona's centerpiece,  a kilometer-long pedestrian boulevard flanked by narrow traffic lanes,  which runs from Plaça Cataluña to the Columbus statue.

It is very lively at day time,  including a flower market and street performers who range from surreal human statues and card tricksters to talented artists and musicians that give a unique atmosphere to the area; as well it has a busy nightlife thanks to its huge selection of bars,  restaurants,  theatres (the prestigious El Liceu) and night clubs. One side of the Ramblas leads into the gothic quarter with its narrow streets full of shops,  cheap hotels and small ancient squares,  particularly pleasant around the Cathedral.

On the other side is the up-and-coming Raval district,  home to the MACBA (Modern Art Museum) and an ever-increasing range of trendy and exotic bars and restaurants.

PAYMENT POLICY:

• An initial non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking.
• A Eur 200.00 deposit in cash is required by the owner at check-in and will be returned at your check out time, if no damage has been done in the flat.
• An additional non-refundable booking charge of 20% of the balance due is required by the owner to finalize the booking. This is to be made directly to the owner via bank transfer or credit card. The remaining balance may be paid in CASH on arrival. No credit cards accepted for balance on arrival.

At your arrival to the apartment you should pay the owner of the apartment the remaining balance, cleaning fee and security deposit, all in cash, if this is not made, you will not be able to enter to the apartment.

Rate does NOT include:

• Cleaning fee of €40,00 applies to each reservation.
• Parking is not included in the price and costs €25,00 per day.
• Baby cots are available upon request and free of charge.
