Macia Apartment is located in Les Corts, just ten minutes away from the city center by subway or bus.

Capacity for up to 6 people

It is equipped with three double rooms, one single room and:

• Table for 6.

The flat has a Heating System, Air Conditioner and obviously a TV. This apartment has also a terrace which offers a wonderful view of Montjuic Mountain, equipped with a table, two armchairs and a direct access to the living room.

Location:

Macia Apartment is located really close to the Diagonal, a nice, cozy and important business area of Barcelona, with easy access to the several fairs organized in the city. This is also an interesting shopping area, where you can find all sorts of fine and sophisticated articles, and well communicated, as you can go the city centre in just 15 minutes by subway or bus.

PAYMENT POLICY:

• An initial non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking.
• A Eur 200.00 deposit in cash is required by the owner at check-in and will be returned at your check out time, if no damage has been done in the flat.
• An additional non-refundable booking charge of 20% of the balance due is required by the owner to finalize the booking. This is to be made directly to the owner via bank transfer or credit card. The remaining balance may be paid in CASH on arrival. No credit cards accepted for balance on arrival.

At your arrival to the apartment you should pay the owner of the apartment the remaining balance, cleaning fee and security deposit, all in cash, if this is not made, you will not be able to enter to the apartment.

• Cleaning fee of €40,00 applies to each reservation.
  
• Parking is not included in the price and costs €25,00 per day.
