Apartments City Center Studios are 30m2 independent studios, situated in the heart of the city, a few meters from las Ramblas, behind the MACBA museum and close to all the emblematic places of the city. The studios have double sofa-bed and a double bed mezzanine.

Capacity up to 3 people.

Services:

• Ensuite bathroom.
• TV.
• American kitchen provided by table area.
• Sheets, blankets and towels are included.

Location:
Apartments City Center Studios are situated in the heart of the city center, a few meters from the shopping areas, Las Ramblas, The Gaudi's houses, the nightlife of the city and much more.

Additional costs: 

• Late arrivals 
• after 9:00 pm - 20 Euro.

• Cleaning fee: 
• 30 Euros.

NOTE: There is no reception, please provide us with your arrival time when booking, to make an apointment in the studio to give you the keys.

Payment Policy: An initial non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance + Eur 30.00 for cleaning cost is to be paid in cash in the apartment.
You will be able to cancel without charges until 30 days before your arrival. Between 30 days and 15 days we will keep the 50% and between 15 days and the arrival day and in case of no-show we will charge the 100% of the total acommodation cost.
