Apartment Rambla del Raval is ideal for a family or group of friends holidaying in Barcelona. Located on a quiet street in the middle of vibrant Barcelona city with very easy access to all parts of Barcelona.

Located on Rambla del Raval, a side street off La Rambla, on the corner of San Joan Street and 2 minutes' walk from Liceu Theatre. The perfect location for getting from the Port beaches to the Gothic (Medieval) Quarter or the Modernist route of architecture to Gaudi's and Picasso's art.

Payment Policy: An initial non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. An additional non-refundable booking charge of 30% of the total charges is required by the owner to finalize the booking. This is to be made directly to the owner by credit card or wire transfer. The remaining balance may be paid in cash on arrival.
If the cancellation takes place in the 2 months prior to your arrival date, the owner will return the amount of the pre- payment, minus expenses (up to 20%). If the cancellation takes place within the 2 months prior to your arrival date, the owner will always try and reach a reasonable agreement, but will be only compelled to return the amount of your transfer, minus expenses (up to 20%), in case he has been able to rent the apartment at least, under the same conditions.
Deposit and booking fee are NON-refundable.The outstanding balance is due on arrival on cash. A security deposit of EUR 150.00 is also required wich will be refunded on departure.
