The Apartment Eixample I occupies a completely refurbished building (with elevator) in the heart of the Gayxample, where much of Barcelona's gay night-life is centered. The apartments, which can hold up to 4 people, are decorated in a modern style that is comfortable at the same time.The typical layout is the following: 1 double bedroom with a double bed + 1 living room with a double sofa bed.

Payment Policy:

An initial non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. An additional non-refundable booking charge of 30% of the total charges is required by the owner to finalize the booking. This is to be made directly to the owner by credit card or wire transfer. The remaining balance may be paid in cash on arrival. A security deposit of EUR 200 is also required wich will be refunded on departure.

Cancellation Policy:

If the cancellation takes place in the 2 months prior to your arrival date, the owner will return the amount of the pre- payment, less expenses (up to 20%).
If the cancellation takes place within the 2 months prior to your arrival date, the owner will reach a reasonable agreement, but will be only compelled to return the amount of your transfer, minus expenses (up to 20%), in case he has been able to rent the apartment at least, under the same conditions.
