Apartment Muralla1 is a very good standard apartment located in Barcelona city centre on a pedestrian street in a quiet area between the Borne and Gothic quarter, just 100m from the Paseo de Colon. There are shops and restaurants close by, and it is a short walk or bus ride to Barceloneta beaches and no more than 10 or 15 min. walk to the famous Las Ramblas. Capacity up to 5 people. Apartment Muralla 1 is a first floor 72m2 apartment with a good sized living and dining area with a double sofa bed. This area can be closed from the rest of the apartment. It has a fully equipped separate kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, a separate bathroom with shower and 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom contains a double bed and wardrobe and has an en-suite bathroom containing bathtub with shower, handbasin and bidet. The second bedroom has a single bed and a closet. Please note that there are two steps down to the living/dining area. The building has been totally renovated in 2007. There is also a communal roof terrace on top of the building where you can enjoy your morning coffe looking over the roof tops of the Barcelona city. Services: - Air Conditioning.

Gothic quarter, where you can visit the Catedral, Ramblas, Plaza Catalunya, Liceo theatre...
And the Born neighbourhood, one of the hippest areas in town, which combines the bohemian atmosphere with lots of restaurants, shops, clubs and bars. It is also a great place to do some shopping. Close to the Picasso Museum, Palau de la Música Catalana and the Santa María del Mar church which is the oldest in Barcelona. Payment Policy:An initial non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. An additional non-refundable booking charge of 10% of the total charges is required by the owner to finalize the booking. This is to be made directly to the owner by credit card. The outstanding balance is due on arrival in CASH. Additional compulsory cleaning fee: 50 Euro
Additional cost for late arrivals: after 18:00 - 20 Euro; after 23:00 - 35 Euro; after 01:00 - 50 Euro
