Apartment Eixample II occupies a completely refurbished building in the heart of the Gayxample, where much of the city's gay night life is concentrated. Each apartment can hold up to 6 people and is decorated in a modern yet comfortable style. The apartment is surrounded by an area full of art galleries and international restaurants which will appeal to visitors from all over the world.

Apartment Eixample II is laid out as follows: 

• 1 double bedroom with a double bed. 
• 1 living room with a double sofa bed. 
• 1 single bedroom with single convertable bed.

• A fully equipped American kitchen with oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge, toaster and washing machine.
• Internet Access.
• Terrace.

• Late check in or check out: between 23hrs to 7hrs- 20 Euro.
• Cleaning fee: 40 Euros.

Payment Policy: An initial non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. An additional non-refundable booking charge of 30% of the total charges is required by the owner to finalize the booking. This is to be made directly to the owner by credit card or wire transfer. The remaining balance may be paid in cash on arrival.
If the cancellation takes place in the 2 months prior to your arrival date, the owner will return the amount of the pre- payment, less expenses (up to 20%).
