 Apartment Barceloneta Market is a fantastic apartment, only 50 meters from the beach and with great views of the sea. Situated in the heart of Barceloneta, the original "fisherman's area" of the city. The first houses built in Barcelona were in the Gothic Quarter and in this area, giving it a particular charm. Down on the beach you will find many beach bars and restaurants serving up tasty portions of paella and local freshly caught fish. The port of Barcelona is just a few minutes walk from the apartment, where some of the finest sea food restaurants in the city are found.

Connected to the port is the Gothic Quarter, a beautiful area of 13th and 14th century buildings, with charming winding streets and stunning archways. Here you will find the Picasso Museum, the basilica of "Santa Maria del Mar", the famous "Las Ramblas", the "Palau de la Música" concert house and many other sites of interest. The area is alive with little boutiques, art and craft shops, tapas bars and pavement cafes.

To the other side of Barceloneta you will find the Olympic Village, with its shopping areas, casinos and frenetic nightlife. There are also great connections to all parts of Barelona, including Plaza Catalunya for the tourist bus departures, and the Sagrada Familia, Antoni Gaudi's masterpiece of architectural creativity.

• Arrivals between 23:00 and 01:00 - extra charge of Eur 40.00

If you lose your keys there is a charge of Eur 30.00

Special Note:
It is essential that the client provide accurate contact details (email and phone numbers). If the apartment owner is unable to contact the client the booking may be cancelled.

Payment and Cancellation Policy:

• - An initial 10% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking.
• - An additional non-refundable booking charge of 20% of the total charges is required by the owner to finalize the booking. This is to be made directly to the owner by credit card - Visa or Master Card - or via bank transfer, never check.
• - The outstanding balance is due on arrival in cash.
• - Reservations less than 250 Euros needs 40% downpayment of total charge. Please note that the booking will not be confirmed until the owner has received the pre-payment and you have received a confirmation email from them.
• - A 200 Euros deposit in cash is required by the owner at check in, and will be returned at check out, if no damage has been done in the flat (From 4 people: 150 Eur, from 6 people: 200 Eur, 7 up to 9 people: 250 Eur)
• - If client needs to change check out date it will be necesary to advertise it to us 7 days before to arrange total charge of reservation, if not we we will keep it.

To lose the keys has a charge of 30 Eur
