Completely renovated in 2004, Apartment Baluard is a perfect retreat for a couple, minutes from the beach and a great choice of nightlife including tapas bars, nightclubs and restaurants. It's also 10 minutes' walk from the Gothic Quarter, Picasso Museum and El Borne.

Paseo Joan Borbo, the main street in Barceloneta, has an outstanding range of Spanish restaurants, specialising in seafood.

Apartment Baluard is located near the centre of Barcelona in the Barceloneta district. The apartment is minutes' walk from las Ramblas and very close to the Olympic Port and the Maremagnum mall. Port Olympico.

Payment Policy: An initial non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. An additional non-refundable booking charge of 20% of the total charges is required by the owner to finalize the booking. This is to be made directly to the owner by credit card or wire transfer. The remaining balance may be paid in cash on arrival or by credit card.
If the client cancels the booking with more 15 days the cancellation charge will be 20% of the total accomodation cost
If a client cancels between 15-3 days, the cancellation charge will be 50% of the total accomodation cost
If the client cancels between 3-0 days the cancellation charge will be 100% of the total accomodation cost
