Apartamento Domenech tastefully designed second-floor loft style apartment located in the Barceloneta residential district, for up to four guests, containing all modern conveniences.

There are double bed and there is a pull-out double sofa-bed in the lounge, making this apartment suitable for up to 4 guests.

Location:

• The Apartment Domenech is perfectly located beside Plaça La Barceloneta and is just a few minutes walk to the beach and Las Ramblas. 
• The apartment is very close to the port and the Maremagnum mall. 
• Port Olimpico which has another beach and lots of bars and night life is ten minutes walk away. 
• El Borne, the city's arts centre containing the Picasso museum, bars and cafes is an eight minute walk away. 
• The metro station Barceloneta is very close by, allowing access to all parts of the city. 
• The Gothic Quarter is one of the most impressive areas and can be reached in less than 8 minutes by foot. 
• Closer to the apartment, Paseo Joan Borbo, the main street in Barceloneta, is one of the best places to try typical Spanish food, including fresh fish and seafood.

Payment Policy: An initial non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. An additional non-refundable booking charge of 20% of the total charges is required by the owner to finalize the booking. This is to be made directly to the owner by credit card or wire transfer. The remaining balance may be paid in cash on arrival or by credit card.
If the client cancels the booking with more 15 days the cancellation charge will be 20% of the total accomodation cost
If a client cancels between 15-3 days, the cancellation charge will be 50% of the total accomodation cost
If the client cancels between 3-0 days the cancellation charge will be 100% of the total accomodation cost
